This grab and go breakfast is wonderful for those busy mornings. It is a huge time-saver on the Daniel Fast.

There are a few combinations of ingredients that are my favorite, this Banana Nut Butter Overnight Oats takes top.

Most times I add 3/4 cup of water or almond milk and heat up my overnight oats or add the same amount of water/milk and blend it with the toppings and drink it as a shake.

You can use any toppings you have on hand with this base, such as strawberry, raspberry, banana, hemp seeds, etc.
